  • Strauss-Kahn
When Strauss-Kahn was accused of rape in the US, authorities took action against him. Why should Malaysia be any different?

"Normal laws and Islamic laws are viewed as archaic and need to be replaced with Western laws. Adultery and sodomy are suggested to be included among human rights, including the rights of Muslims.

We find that the West in collaboration with Muslims has already succeeded because in Malaysia there are already Muslims who consider any restriction on sex to be a denial of natural human liberty, and as cruel, especially to political dignitaries. And there are already many Muslims in Malaysia who believe politicians like this should be chosen to run the country. With the power that is given to them, they will replace all archaic laws in this country with more contemporary opinions, including sexual freedom.

Although the West accepts adultery and sodomy as normal things, they do not accept forced adultery or sodomy. Because of that, when a woman reported that IMF director Dominique Strauss-Kahn had raped her, authorities immiediately arrested Strauss-Kahn and he was stripped of his post.

In Malaysia as well, when someone made a report that he had been sodomised, it was only proper that action be taken against the accused according to the country’s laws. These laws are not outdated because this is the same practice as in the West.

Here I would like to be clear that a “technicality” does not mean it didn’t happen. A crime took place. However the judge was not able to shake his doubts over evidence that the accused had done it. Perhaps it was someone else! Why did the victim not accuse someone else? Wallahuwalaam."
