Selangor Mouth Piece - Both Fail Miserably

The latest boo boo in Teresa’s press statement quoted her as confirming that Mentri Besar Incorporated (MBI) had sold the Danau Putra land, one of the 13 land assets bought from Talam under the debt recovery exercise.

She further said that the unencumbered individual titles of the related land will be delivered by Talam soon and that the caveators have no objection to lift the caveats for the subdivision of the master title into individual titles.

It is interesting to note that her statement only arouses more questions than providing answers.

Firstly, if the subdivision of the master title had not been concluded, how the hell MBI had managed to sell the land.

The land is still under Talam’s name. Teresa is lying through her teeth when she said that MBI had sold the land.

By saying that the land has been sold means it’s a completed sale and that the land title has been transferred to the new owner.

In simple layman’s language, how on earth could you sell your car to another person if the car is still registered under another person’s name.

Either it is total ignorance on the part of Teresa or she is spinning too much cobwebs of deceit and lies to the extent of blinding herself.

Teresa should not get herself entrapped in her cobweb of lies that she has spun. She may find herself too entangled to free herself.
