Xenophon should not be in the rally as stated by the law
Blogger SatD pointed out in his latest blog that Australian senator Nick Xenophon should not be allowed to walk during the Bersih rally last Saturday, as stated by the law in Peaceful Assembly Act.
"I'm still at loss as to why someone who is on an "International fact-finding mission on Election Process" (invited by Anwar Schelling" Ibrahim) needs to "participate in an assembly on the streets of KL" in order to draw observations on Election Process?
Tell me how can Xylophone (Xenophon) "observe" Free Election Process by participating in BERSIH assembly?
The same goes for those who came with their kids.
(It's) Clear violation.
