Despite complaints about the Evidence Act, people still get away with writing some pretty nasty stuff online.

I won't dignify the article, "Scorpene-Altantuya: Who is Razak Baginda to Najib and Umno", with a link for good reason.

I would also not want to run foul of the latest evidence act.

What evidence act?

Here is an article with the writers' names clearly in the open, especially of special mention, Wong Choon Mei, "fearlessly" slandering former PMs Tun Mahathir and Tun Abdullah Badawi, former IGP Tan Sri Musa Hassan and glaringly, present PM Datuk Seri Najib.
